Barbara Indovina

Lawyer in Milan and member of the local Bar Association.

Her professional main practice area is Criminal Law, applied to both individuals and legal corporate entities ("white collar crime"), offering legal consultation to Italian citizens and lawyers.

She is particularly interested in legal IT issues, such as computer crimes, breach of privacy, software licenses and Free Software.

She is currently a professor of "Legal Computer Science " at the "Bocconi University-School of Law" and wrote a book currently used in aid of teaching said course, on the subjects of  lawtomation, privacy, computer ethics and information security.

In 2004 she attended "The School of Specialization for professions in the Legal Industry’ and completed a work experience at the Public Prosecutor's office at Milan’s Court with a prosecutor  specialized in computer crimes.

In 2008 she granted the Business Criminal Law master in Milano at the Just Legal Service institute.

More recently, in July 2008, she attended the ‘School of higher education in interpersonal, investigative, criminal and forensic psychology’ successfully completing a Diploma with a thesis on psycho-social aspects of organized computer crime.
